Let Go

We are probably all familiar with the cliche phrase, Let Go and Let God. It is often seen on the bumper of the vehicle in front of us, while driving down the highway or sitting at a red light.πŸ˜… What in the world does that mean though?

When we try to force something, or we just want our way, it’s never the best for us. When we hold on too tight, we essentially interfere with the moving of the Holy Spirit. We have to be willing to trust the Lord, that He is doing the right thing. When we can do that, it allows the moving of God, the moving of the Holy Spirit, to work in the life of the believer. In Proverbs 3:5-6 it tells us, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” Thank you Jesus, and amen!!!πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ»

It is a powerful thing when we trust the Lord and walk in surrender to Him, His plans, and His purposes. It involves taking a risk. It’s stepping out of the boat so to speak, trusting the Lord to take care of a situation, and walking in faith, even when we can’t foresee the outcome. When we let go, and we are operating off faith, we can really see God move! β€œBlessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.” Jeremiah 17:7

Letting go and letting God opens the door for His faithfulness in your life. There is nothing that can compare to God’s best! “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 Praise the Lord!!! HE is so GOOD AND FAITHFUL!!!πŸ™ŒπŸ»β™₯οΈπŸ™ŒπŸ»β™₯️
